SUBJECT: Zoning Bylaw Text Amendment ~- Amusement Arcades

RECOMMENDATION:

That the City Clerk, in consultation with the Solicitor be directed
to prepare'a Bylaw amending the text of the City's Zoning Bylaw in
Order that the use of Amusement Arcades Might be restricted to the

noted recommendation but the precise nature of the amendment suggested
would net, in my Opinion, be workable. A copy of Mr. Brown's February

As we know that Councij, Members have been concerned with Amusement
Arcades in the past it May be that the Council would want to issue
Some other instructions and consideration of this matter by the Council

City Clerk.
