Location of Property Aftected:

2340 and 2348 Atkins Avenue

Purpose of the Bylaw:
To permit the construction of an apartment building on the property.

Further Information:

A copy of the proposed bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port
Coquitiam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to
4:30 pem., on regular business days, from the gate of this Notice unti! the Public
Hearing.

Also available for inspection are copies of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bviaw,
1979, Now 1651" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and various reports and
Dlans referring specifically to the purpose of the amending bvlaw.

Public Participation:

At the hearing all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the
proposed bylaw will be afforded an opportunity to be heard or to present written
submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
