BYLAW NO. 2600

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Couneil of The Corporation of the Cit’ of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting aasembled, enacts as follows:

That. certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

District Lot 4

Township 39

Plan 6866

EXCEPT: Part Subdivided by Plan 23560.

are hereby rezoned from CS=1 (Highway Commercial) to cD (Comprehensive
Developacnt) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No.,. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. Notwithstanding the. permitted uses described under Part XII ~
‘Comprehensive Development Zone", the uses permitted within the
aforementined land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule "I" and
shown, in Schedule “II" which 1a attached hereto and forms part of this

Bylaw. y

3. This Bylaw maybe cited for all, purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2600".

Read a firat time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of May, 1991.

Read a.second time by the Municipal Coumeil this 13th day of May, 1991.

Public Hearing held this 3rd day of June, 1991.
