i H { i : i { i i ‘ i In concluding, we are of the opinion that the rail and road traffic congestion, as it exists today, did not develop overright and perhaps the solution to the problem offered by a grade separation should have been contemplated brfore; however the onus for submitting an application to that effect rests with the road authorities. _ It is expected that plans for a grade separation will be approved in the near future.
