THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1422

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
No. 918",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918"

is amended by removing the Zone Designation of KS~2 (One-Family Suburban

Residential) assigned to Lot i116, North-east Quarter Secticn 6, Township 40,

Plan 28650, New Westminster District and assigning the Zone Designation of
RS-1- (One-Family Residential) to the said property.
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1976, No. 1422",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Sixteenth day of
February, 1976.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Sixteenth day of
February, 1976.
