BYLAW NO. 2144

A Bylaw to designate the Port Caqiltiam
City Hall as a Municipal Heritage Site,

OCT 21 1985

WHEREAS under the provisions of the Heritage Conservation Act, belng Chapter 165
of the Revised Statutes of British Columbla, 1979, a Municipal Councl | may, by
bylaw, designate a bullding, structure or jand, In whole or In part, as a

municlpal heritage site;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Councl! of The Corporation of the City of Port.
Coquitiam deems It desirous to designate the structure known as the “Port

Coquitlam City Hall" as such a heritage site;

Coquitiam enacts as follows: : .
