. Dear Mr. Freeman:

This is in rezard to the Steam Locomotive currently stored
and rusting, at the C.P. Rail False Creek Yard, which we are
advised belongs to the City of Port Coquitlam,

Our group is investigating the feasibility of restoration,
and operating the enzine as part of 2 Historical Rail trip
on existing trackage surrounding the sreater Vanccuver area.

_ It would be anpreciated if you could advise whether Port
‘Coquitlam is willing to sell the engine, and at which price.
Should you not wish to part with the locomotive, we would
be willing to investigate the aspect of lease,
