From the Public Works Committee, September 19th, 1979 recommending that the parking space on the south east corner of Whyte Street adjacent to the Port Coquitlam Library as shown on sketch no. 1 be converted into "handicapped parking only" and recommending the provision of one space for "handicapped parking only" at the Hyde Creek Centre west of the entrance adjacent to the east-west sidewalk as indicated on the sketch no. 2 and that a ramp be built in conjunction with the provision of the parking space.
