Enclosed are the original copies of the Tender submissions receivad for the above
noted projact. We have raviawed the submissions and have found one error in the
Bay Hill Contracting Ltd. package. The error was in the extension of the unit pricing
for item A-2. The Bay Hill submission was for $206,989.69 and has been adjusted
in the below table to the corrected value of $207,013.44, The bids are summarized

in the following table:

Based on the raview of the submitted documents and the bid prices submitted we
recommend that the contract be awarded to low bidder Trans Westen Electric Ltd.

for the bid price of $206,891.43.

Please advisa us upon approval by Port Coquitlam City Council so that we may
procead with the project and inform all parties concerned.
