Attached hereto please find a print of the above-mentioned subdivision
: , plan which has been submitted to the undersigned for approval. The
frontages of two of the lots are less than that required in the
Subdivision of Land Bylaw, but do comply with the City's policy
relating to frontage exemptions. Please accept this memorandum as

a request that this proposed subdivision be placed on the Council
Agenda for consideration in granting a frontage exemption as permitted
under section 712 of the Municipal Act.
