(f) The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges; and

(g) Issuance of a Development Permit;

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit #72/93; and
That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to

the conditions noted above.

d) Satisfaction of Fire Department concems;

e) Completion of an overall conceptual landscaping plan to the satisfaction of the Parks end
Recreation Department;

f) Registration of Section 215 "No Build” covenants on each of the new lots created by
subdivision.
