The Committee is prepared to furcher investigate the possibility of advertising if Council is in agreement with the concept. ITEM NO. 2 Old Timers Hockey Tournament ~ Please see attached letter. ~ Representatives will be in attendance to answer any questions. The second annual Old Timers Hockey Tournament is to be held October 10th, Mth, 12th and 13th, 1980. This four day tournament includes Thankagiving (October 13th) which would normally mean that the Centre would be closed, However it should be noted that the arena will be Open on Good Friday this year for the Bantam Tournament. Last year the ice rental for the Old Timers Tournament was $30.00 per hour and the suggested new rate in to be $35.00 per hour. The following is a summary of costa and ice require- ments for the tournament: Ice & Room Requirements 1. Both arenas October 10th, Ith, 12th and 13th, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight (128 houra in coral) 2. Mabbatt Room for October 10th, llth, 12th and 13th.
