The Traffic Committee recommends to the Municipal Council adoption of the Parking and Traffie Control Scheme as shown on the attached Dwg. 210-67. The Committee further recommends the following: 1. No Parking on the East side of Donald from Shaughnessy to Wilson and No Parking on the West side of Donald from Wilson to the land North of Wilson and from Shaughnessy to the lane south of Shaughnessy . The Wilson Avenue Parking lot be free parking. The Parking Spaces adjacent to the City Hall Medical Building and Library be allocated and rented at $7.50 per month. The Parking Spaces remaining be posted as 2 Hour Parking. Discussion be commenced with the Post Office requesting their cooperation in delineating their Property line and limiting
