SEP 2% 1979 TO: Mayor and Council September 21st, 1979 FROM: Planning & Zoning Committee Re: Duplex Zoning Policy The Planning and Zoning Committee has further studied the policies of duplex zoning and recommends as follows. For a duplex lot, the minimum width of the front building line shall be not less than 50 feet, Building line is defined as a line parallel to the front lot line at a distance from the front lot line equal to the depth of front yard required by the Zoning By-law. . Where the lot is on the outside of a curve, the building line shall be defined as the shortest distance between side lot lines tangential:to a line parallel to the front lot line at a distance from the front lot line equal to the required front yard. : L.
