City Engineer ROAD RE-SURFACING PROJECTS - WILSON & ATHENS AVENUES (Public Works Committee Mecting of September 1, 1992) That Council approve the road rehabilitation of Wilson Avenue, from Bury to Reeve, and Atkins Avenue, from Shaughnessy to 170 metres west, at an estimated cost of $63,600. The Public Works Committee considered the attached memorandum dated July 24, 1992 from the Project Enginee regarding the grinding and resurfacing of Wilson Avenue and Atkins Avenue. The Committee noted that Wilson Avenue and Atkins Avenue are rated as Condition 4 out of a scale of 1 to 5 (where condition 5 is the worst road surface condition), under the Road Resurfacing Program, the City has rehabilitated road surfaces which are conditions 4 or 5. It is estimated that the cost for resurfacing of Wilson Avenue and Atkins Avenue would cost $63,000.
