SRETRN a Sean er RP STATILUN at ecient ee ea THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM _ 7 2 BYLAW NO. 2255 OS A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: That certain parce! of jand situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: The northerly 2.9587 ha of Lot "A" District Lot 340 Group One Reference Plan 71846 New Westminster District As shown on Schedule "A" hereof is hereby rezoned from RS-Z2 (Single Family Residential) to RS-1 (Single Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651"' is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquititam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: The southerly 0.3163 ha of Lot "A" District Lot 340 Group One Reference Plan 71846 New Westminster District As shown on Schedule "A" hereof from RS-2 (Single Family Residential) to RM-3 (Multiple Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. The area extent of the rezonings referred to in Section 1 and Section 2 is shown as the attached Schedule "A" which is an integral part of this Bylaw. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2255".
