quotes for the sprinkter system the following cost estimates
have been prepared. It should be noted that the following
costs inciude approximately 15% for contingencies.

As can be seen from the above cost estimates, the
filling of a portion of the river bed to fthe-raquired grade
represents a relatively large sum. If it is acceptable to-move
both the proposed soccer field and parking lot approximately
25 m in the northeasterty direction, the reduced cost estimates
for the construction of .the all-weather field, the grassed
field, and the parking lot including access road’ are $99,000,

$157,600, and $10,800. respectively.
