A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City
of Port Coquitlam reconvened in the Heritage Room, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, January 28th, 1991,
at 9:40 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon,
ReH. Talbot and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, Acting City Clerk S.
Rauh, City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, City Engineer I. Zahynacz, Director of
Planning C.R. Felip, Director of Parks and Recreation K.J. Taylor and Fire

Chief J. Baillie.

Moved by Alderman Gates:
Seconded by Alderman Gordon:

That the regular Council meeting of January 28th, 1991 be reconvened.

REPORT:

From the Administration Committee regarding Union Contract for the Part
Coquitlam Fire Fighters Association.

Moved by Alderman Gates:
Seconded by Alderman Gordon:

That the Memorandum of Agreement and the Letter of Understanding
negotiated between the City of Port Coquitlam and the Port Coquitlam Fire
Fighters Association, as presented by the Administration Committee, be

approved.

Carried.
