property owners of this application and place the application on a subsequent
Council. agenda.

And that City Council adopt a resolution issuing a Development Variance
Permit relaxing requirements of the Zoning Bylaw 2240 Section 801 Subsection
(7), rear yard setback requirements.

policy for granting special occasion licenses be expanded; however noting that
the policy may be more restrictive in 1989.
