That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit 7/94 under Section 976 of the Municipal Act; and 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to: a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. Submission of Landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; Satisfaction of the Building Department concerns; and Registration of an accesa easement agreement from the owner of the adjacent property at 1734 Broadway Street (Lot 3, Plan LMP 6883) for use of the private roadway, and providing that such easement carinot ba discharged without the City's approval. The site ia currently zoned M<1_ (General Industrial). and is designated for "General Industrial" use in the Official Community Plan.
