Dear Sirs:

Thank you for submitting your proposal for the conceptual design of the Coquitlam River
Bridge near Lincoln Avenue. The quality of the proposal was excellent and we appreciate
the considerable time spent in its preparation.

As a result of public delegations against the project, Port Coquitlar.::Council has decided
to refer the award back to their Public Works Committee. The project therefore is "on
hold" until we hear further from Port Coquitlam.

Following a careful review of the proposals by both municipalities, the staff
recommendation is to award the assignment to your firm.
