Re: Mr. Colin Ticehurst Delegation

Mr. Ticehurst had requested the Public Works
‘Committee to consider relaxing the requirement for lane
access to 1343 Prairie Avenue.

The Public Works Committee felt that our policy
of lane access only should be adhered to and Mr. Ticehurst
‘has requested that he be alicwed to speak to Council as a

delegation.
