Comm. “2 purchase the March llth, 1976 Budget Meeting approval was given by Council to Os ex, - ator | call tenders for a rubber-cired excavator to replace the City's present Allis-Chalmers Backhoe; however, the low bid of $55,105.00 does not meet specifications and recommending the purchase sf a Deott 40 Cruz—air Excavator as tendered by Walkem Machinery, in the amount of $66,821.50 (F.S.T. Exempt, 7% tax and Trade-in of $15,000.00 included).
