Specified Area bylaw to provide for taxing Property and
itprovenents which are normally exempt, eg. City owned land within

the area.

And that City Council direct the Treasury Depart nent indicate
on notices to property owners of land within the Proposed area,
their tax levy will vary depending on the ill rate set annually.
