SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 35/88
for 2621 Davies Avenue

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of May 17th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved relaxing the regulations of the Zoning Bylaw Section 803 (7) Rear
Yard Setback for the East 153' of Lot "C", D.L. 380, Plan 5969.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

. Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
May 30th, 1988 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject
property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this
Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of June 13th, 1988.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions. should be considered
by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development
Variance Permit should be issued.
