EXPERIENCE

Consulting Assignment Manager and Design Engineer for more than thirteen
years on design and construction of municipal services, transportation
facilities and site development projects, including:

Development of concept design, detailed design and contract
administration for Highway 7 improvements in Mission. This project
included surcharge embankments, significant retaining wall structures
and installation of large diameter storm drains operating under

surcharge conditions.

Detailed design of approximately 2 km of arterial road Jinking 20th
Street in New Westminster to Kingsway at Griffith Avenue in Burnaby
including design of replacement water mains and new storm drains.

Off-site servicing and improvements required in connection with the
Eaton Centre shopping centre at Metrotown in Burnaby.

Preliminary design of on- and off-site services required for the
proposed 35 ha Panorama Town Centre development in Surrey for Cambridge

Western Leaseholds Ltd.

Design and construction contract administration of the roadworks and
utilities for the commercial, residential and recreational development
at B.C. Place in Vancouver. Prepared conceptual designs of sanitary
and storm sewer systems for the site and carried out detailed design of
the Stadium sewage pumping station. Developed and monitored the site
construction schedule, and provided contract administration for a
number of roadworks and utility installation contracts.

Contract administration for the resurfacing of the runway and taxiways
at Cranbrook Airport, B.C. which required hot-in-place recycling of the
existing pavement and overlay with new asphaltic concrete.
