The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam

. City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C., on Monday, June
23rd, 1975, at 7:30. p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend _
the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":

By-law No. 1385: To rezone Lot 115, District Lots 255 and 384, Plan 47284

7 oe from RS~-2 (One~Family Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One-
Family Residential). )
This property is a.7-acre parcel located at the North-east
corner of Taylor Street and Pooley Avenue and it is
expected that approximately 4° residential lots will be
es = ereated following compietion of the rezoning procedures.
A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the,
city Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at th address given above, between: the
hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days — from June 12th to June
(23rd, 1975.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-law will be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
