A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No, 2890".

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

Lot 17 and 18

District Lot 466

Group One

Plan 19104

New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the ZONING
Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect
this rezoning.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this | Ith day of April, 1994.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 11th day of April, 1994.
- Public Hearing held this 2nd day of May, 1994.
