THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF FORT COQUITLAM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BY-LAW The Muniedpal Council cf The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam city Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, June 9th, 1975 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "osty of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1969, No. 918"; By-law No. 1383: to rezone Lot 35, District Lot 288, Group 1, Plan 38943, New Westminster District from A~l] (Agricultural) to M-1 (General Industrial). This property is iccated at 1772 Broadway Street and it is expected that an industrial/warehouse complex with a gross building area of approximately 130,000 square feet will be constructed on the property following completion of the rezoning procedures. A copy of the proposed By~law may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on May 29th and 30th, 1975 and between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days - from June 2nd to June 9th, 1975.
