Subject: Application for strata title approval for an existing
duplex at 1917-1919 Coquitlam Avenue.

Description: lots 21 and 22, Block 31, District Lot 464, Plan 2039

Background: The subject Side-by-side duplex was completed in

‘ January 1975 and conforms to all by-law regulations.
It is presently vacant. The size of each unit is
approximately 1,200 square feet.

“'Réconmendation: The applicant contended in discussion with the under-
signed that it was impossible to sel} the duplex in

one package. However, many enquiries had been received
to purchase one half of it.

<> This application was considered by the Planning & Zoning
Committee on July 24th, 1975 and the Committee recommended

that approval be given.

Alderman. Thompson was against the recommendation.
