SUBJECT: Restrictive Covenant - 1089 Dominion Avenue

RESOLUTION:

That the restrictive covenant relating to the building elevation
of a 50 sq. me. addition to the residents at 1089 Dominion Avenue

be and the same is hereby approved;

ANO THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
sin the said restrictive covenant on behalf of the City and to

affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

A copy of the restrictive covenant follows this memorandum and
the Bultding Inspector has advised that the filing of this
restrictive covenant in the Land Titte Office Js required in
connection with the issuance of a building permit.
