BUS ROUTE #159 - CITADEL DRIVE

[IMENDATION:

That Council approve the extension of the existing bus route #159 along Citadel Drive, Mary
Hill Road and the Mary Hill Bypass as requested in the letter from B.C. Transit dated April 14,

1992,

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

The Public Works Committee considered the attached letter dated April 14, 1992 from B.C.
Transit requesting at: approval for changes to the bus route #159 along Citadel Drive, Mary Hill
Road and the Mary Hill Bypass.

As this route change would increase the area serviced by bus transit and as the proposed routing
would save up to an estimated eight minutes travel time, it is recommended that the request to

bus route #159 be approved.
