1. ACTIVITIES DURING THIS REPORTING PERIOD

Produce base maps from BC Hydro, CP Rail, Transportation and Highways,
Environment Lands and Parks, GVRD, and BCBC data.

Develop alternative ‘interchange configurations. Complete a preliminary
evaluation of alternatives generated. Develop preliminary plans for
recommended alignment. Contact with proprietary wall system companies to.
confirm viability of construction techniques.

Pretiminary environmental review of proposed alignment.

Aerial photography and data reduction by mapping sub-consultant.
Refine right of way requirements and profi ile for east end of project
request of City of Port Coquitlam. | oe :

Preliminary hydraulic analysis completed.

Traffic Modelling initiated by sub-consultant.

Ongoing communication with Associated Engineering and BC Environment to, 7
coordinate road alignment with dyke construction, | es
