Further to cur letter of April 16, 1972 regarding the

above noted subject, the Associution feels that the

four main points it SUPTOrts and would like to see

implemented would te:

1. increase the fine levied for dogs
‘caught wandering at large.

2. hire the half wan, Plus truck, for
the port coquitiam area,

3e initiate Aldermen Meyer's proposed new
Bystem of vutrol.

A, make known to the publie these changes.
It seem that even though this City has a leash law,

there are a number of broblems enforcing it and we
therefore fcel another system snould be tried,
