Gentlemen:

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
District of Maple Ridge has been instrumental in scheduling
a joint luncheon meeting with R. Wenman, M.P., and P. Rolston,
M.U.A, for 12:00 noon on Friday, September 26, 1975 at the
Alouette Inn in Maple Ridge.

The purpose of the meeting is to bring to the
attention of the two elected representatives, matters that
are of concern and common to the Municipalities of Port
Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge and Mission, the
Dewdney Alouette Regional District, and School District #42.

Accordingly, an invitation is being extended to
‘you, if you so desire to have representatives attend the
meeting. If you have any questions and/or briefs to present,
it would be appreciated if you could forward them to this
office approximately two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting
date. It is hoped that an agenda can be prepared and
forwarded to Messrs. Wenman and Rolston for review.
