the Septemoer, 1975 Municipal Policing Report. Alderman Laking referred
to accidents to cyclists that occurred during September and he suggested

some publicity be given to warning people not to ride bicycles at night

without lights.

Animals, September 30th, 1975, being the September, 1975 service report

of the pound operation. Alderman Mabbett commented he had received a

number of complaints about dogs running at large, particularly in the

Central School area.

remarks made by both Mayor Evers and Alderman Volrich before and after
an address made by Premier Barrett at the September, 1975 U.B.C.M.
Convention, be received and contents noted. Carried.
