Re: Council Meeting Schedule

It is my understanding that the Council now wish to revert to the practice
set out in the Council Procedure By-law of holding a Council meeting

each Monday evening and this can be accomplished by passage of the
following resolution:

“That this Council meet every Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. (except on
Statutory Holidays) as set out in the Council Procedure By-law;

AND THAT the Statutory Inaugural Meeting of the Council be held on
Monday, December 4th, 1978 at 8:00 p.m. in the Hyde Creek Centre."
