BYLAW NO. 2308

A Bylaw to amend the "Traffic
Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open

meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule A of the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971,
No. 1117" is amended by deleting therefrom the restriction "Parking Prohibited at
al! times" as applied to the East side of Donald Street from McAllister Avenue to
Wilson Avenue. °

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule A of the bylaw is further amended by
inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical! order, a restriction "Parking
Prohibited at all times" on the East side of Donald Street from Wilson Avenue To
a point 58.4 meters South of McAllister Avenue.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule A of the Bylaw is further amended by
Inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, a restriction "Limited time

parking = 2 hours = §:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Monday to Saturday, inclusive" on
the East side of Donald Street from McA! !ister Avenue to a point 34.3 metres

South thereof.

Section 1 of Schedule B of the Bylaw !s amended by inserting therein, in correct
alphabetical order, the following locations of stop signs:

(a) On Kebet Way at the Southwest corner of Coast Meridian Road.

(b) On Captain Court at the Southwest corner of Colonial Drive.

(c) On Governor Court at the Southwest corner of Colonia! Drive.

(d) On Ear!s Court at the Southeast corner of Kensington Crescent.
(e) On Yarmouth Street at the Southeast corner of Nova Scotia Avenue.

(¢) On Yarmouth Street at the Northwest corner of Nova Scotia Avenue.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971,
No. 1117, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2508".
