GENERAL COMMENTS ON LOCAL CRIMINAL AND DRUG ACTIVITY — PORT COQUITLAM

During the month of December, 1976, a total of 15 persons were
charged with drug offences.

Major crime during the month:
4 DEC 76 =~ Kern's Motor Town - Lougheed Highway & Oxford Street.

Robbed by three males armed with knife. Three suspects
arrested and charged.

A total of 32 breaking and enterings were reported as well as
71 thefts. There were 7 motor vehicles reported stolen.
