Resolution:

WHEREAS the lande hereinafter described are not required for inunicdipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Lot “A, Block 25, District Lots 170 and 289, Group One, Plan xxxx,
New Westmingter District, Port Coquitlam, BC be sold by tender Lf bids
acceptable to Council are received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post
the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda
documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the
bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection

is appropriate.
