shown dedicated on Plan 2102 of the fractional Southeast MAR 12 1984

Quarter, Section 6, Township 40 One, New Westminster : :
District, in the City of Port Coquititam.

WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 57B of the "Municipal
Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the
Municipal Council may by by!aw stop up and close to traffic a highway or any

portion of a highway;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway
hereinafter aescribed be stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

All those portions of Lane shown dedicated on Plan 2102 of the Fractional
Southeast Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District, having a
total area of 281.2 m2 shown within the black outline on ‘an Explanatory Plan
certified by Helge Jacobsen, British Columbia iand Surveyor, dated the 20th day
of February 1984, a copy of which is attached hereto, is' hereby stopped up and

closed to traffic.

This Bylaw may be citéd for all purposes as the "Rae Street Lane (Plan 2102) Road
Closure Bylaw, 1984, No. 2018". :
