occupy and you will doubtlessly want to examine the Notice carefully and determine whether you consider your property
to be affected by the propesal and whether you wish to make a presentation at the Hearing.

After the Public Hearing is adjourned the Bylaw becomes a matter for Council consideration only, based on the
information received, the individual views of Council members, and explanation of technical details by staff members,
Council members are not permitted to receive further letters, verbal presentations, or petitions, etc., from the public after
