THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2411

A Bylaw to authorize the lease on a month
to month basis of 2382 Mary Hill Road,
Port Coquitlam, B.C.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
hereby leases unto Steve Alford the lands described in the Schedule
"A" attached hereto for the period of time and on the terms and
subject to the conditions set out in the Lease attached hereto and

marked Schedule "A".

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam are hereby authorized to sign and the said Lease on behalf
of the City and to affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Rental Agreement
(2382 Mary Hill Road) Authorization Bylaw, 1989, No. 2411"
