Resolution:

That as recommended by the Director of Planning in his memorandum of May 27th, 1992 the
Voluntary Development Variance Permit be issued for 3473, 3466 Hastings & 2465 Glenwood
in the form appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council meeting.

Background &@ Comments:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of

June lst, 1992 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject properties have been
advised that Council are considering issuance of this Voluntary Development Variance Permit
on September 14th, 1992. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be
considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development
Variance Permit should be issued.
