Your Worships:

I enclose copies of correspondence that has passed between the
Corporation and the residents of Anita Drive over the past two

years.

The issue is the failure by the Corporation to installa storm
sewer on Anita Drive, and the unwillingness to accept the res-
ponsibility of this oversight. .

We have achieved nothing by formal request, albeit supported by
a petition signed by all those affected by this nuisance,

We therefore request that this matter be put before the next
meeting of the counsel, so that the residents of Anita Drive
ean attend and be heard,
