DEC 29 19st The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. | The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RM-2 assigned to: (a) Lots 45 and 46, Block 21, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 25551, New Westminster District; and (b) Lots 32, 33, 34, 35, Block 21, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2363, New Westminster District; and assigning the Zoue Designation of RM-4 to the said property. 2. ‘This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1981, No. 1856". By-law No. 1856: to rezone (a) Lots 45 and 46, Block 21, District § Lot 464, Group One, Pian 25551, New Westminster District; and (b) Lots 32,33,34,35, Block 21, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2363, New Westminster District; from RM-2 to RM-4. This property has the civic addresses 2047, 2055, 2057, and 2063 Suffolk Avenue and it is expected that following completion of the rezoning procedures a 41 unit apartment complex will be constructed on the property.
