The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, In open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows: :

It fs not necessary to mall or otherwise deliver the Notice referred to tn
Section 1 where the subject of the Zoning Bylaw fs 10 or more parcels owned by 10
or mere persons.

The "Notice of Public Hearings Malling Bylaw, 1979, No, 1716", as amended, Is
repealed.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Notice of. Public Hearings
Mailing Bylaw, 1984, No. 2052", .
