A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 22

The Municipal Council. ‘of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land aituated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which are more particularly described as: ‘ ;

Firstly: Lot 1, Plan 9164, and
Secondly: Lot "A", Plan 5354, and
Thirdly: Lot 8 (Except: Part Subdivided by Plan 3217), Plan 4318;

all of Section 6, Township 40, New Weatminster District

are hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural ) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) -
and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam goning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. .

This Bylaw may be cited for all. purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2589".

Read a first time by the Munielpal Council this 22nd day of Aprii, 1991.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 22nd day of April, 1991.

Public Hearing held this 13th day of May, 1991.
