SUBJECT: AWARD OF TENDER - FIRST AID TRAILER PURCHASE

That the City of Port Coquitlam purchase a First Aid office trailer from Shelter Industries based

on their bid price of $13,463.81.

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

Attached is a memo from the undeisigned to the City Administrator dated July 12, 1991 anda
memo from the Deputy Treasurer to the undersigned dated July 15, ‘1991 regarding the purchase .

of First Aid office trailer.

As tender results show that the purchase of a trailer is more economical than leasing a trailer, it
is recommended that the City purchase the First Aid office trailer from Shelter Industries Ltd, at

a cost of $13,463.81.
