4.5 Landscaping Adjacent Buildings

Continuous landscaping including groundcovers, shrubs. walkways shall be
provided around buildings except at entries, loading, storage yards and
walkways, or areas not visible from the street.

No building shall have continuous perimeter walkways to the exclusion of
plants.

Where parking is perpendicular to walls of buildings, the curb shall form a
wheel stop 0.6 m into the parking space.
